How to Use Exercise Resistance Loop Bands

First things first, you need to know what kind of exercises you will be doing.

For full-body workouts:

When doing full-body exercises, you’ll need to get a lighter (smaller) resistance band.

We suggest females to start off with the red band, and males to start with the black band.
